Project and impact

From an idea to evidence

Communities, nonprofits and project teams write the problem down, plan the work, assign it, and report what changed, with privacy settings that fit the people involved.

Projects on the board

Reported results are what a team has written down. Verified results are what a reviewer has checked. The board always shows which one you are reading.

Five things worth measuring

01

Inputs

Money, time, materials and people a project actually uses.

02

Activities

The work the team does, written down as it happens.

03

Outputs

Immediate deliverables such as sessions held or materials given out.

04

Outcomes

Changes that follow from the work, measured against a baseline.

05

Long-term impact

Sustained change, claimed only where the evidence supports it.

Every stage is recorded

  1. Idea
  2. Proposed
  3. Under review
  4. Approved
  5. In progress
  6. Completed

A status change keeps the person who made it, the time it happened and the reason given, so a reviewer can follow the project without asking the team to remember.

Project funding and donations stay closed until payment, fundraising and cross-border requirements have been assessed. A project page never implies registered charity status.
